We are STILL working on updating all our mods to v1.0 (pro) of phpMyDirectory. Mods are beginning to be released as PUBLIC BETA's meaning they may or may not contain bugs. To view the list of mods available please go to this page. You can also view the Message Board to view mod updates/fixes, bugs identified etc.

If you need a customization for your website (whether it is phpMyDirectory related or not), please send your information to our "Customizations" department and we would be more than happy to send you a quick quote. Then you can decide whether or not to proceed with it.

Important Note:
In the event we can not complete your custom job request, a FULL refund will be provided with the exception of the following:
- if we purchase a template from findmetemplates.com/templatemonster.com, we will email you the sources
- if we purchase any third-party software for use with your project (we always confirm with you before we purchase)
- purchase of any mods from this site or any other third-party mod developer
- more terms are available in our agremeent which is sent to a client before we begin any customizations
What is the process?
Step 1:
You fill out the your information in the "Customizations" department below with as much info as you can

Step 2:
We will send you an email back with any questions we may have as well as a quote and the deposit amount needed to begin. All our quotes are considered "maximum", meaning the final total will never be more than that.

Step 3:
If the quote is satisfactory and you wish to proceed, simply us an email and we will generate an invoice and it will be emailed to you. Simply follow the instructions in the invoice to pay the deposit. We will then begin your project.

Step 4:
Once the first draft is finished, we will email you a link to view it. All projects are stored on our test servers. You simply make a list of revisions and email us back. This step will continue until you are 100% satisfied with the end result.

Step 5:
Once you are satisfied, we will generate another invoice containing the outstanding balance. Once you pay it, we will then upload the modified files to wherever you wish and install it on your site.

These steps apply to all custom job requests, phpMyDirectory-related or not.

We gladly accept the following methods of payment:
- Paypal
- 2Checkout.com (our authorized credit card processor) for smaller customizations
- Check/money order
- Bank wire/transfer
- Canadian Interac Email Money Transfers

What is our pricing schedule?

As most client requests are unique, we provide a detailed quote based on the clients requirements. We DO NOT quote by the hour, we always provide a single quote covering all aspects of a clients project.  

For almost all client-customizations, we require our agreement to be signed/faxed or emailed back. Our agreement includes all our policies. Why do we require this? We are a professional company, agreements help keep both our clients and us on the same page making sure there is no confusion between parties. In short, it just plain works!
